The easiest, most stress free tryout around. No timed 40-yard dash. No multiple choice or trick questions. No having to perform in front of Simon. Each month an individual or group will be named to the All-Health Team. To be considered for selection:
- Identify a health issue that is needs to be addressed in your school, church or community.

Based on the identified need, build a project that involves one of the following:
- Advocacy;
- Research; or
- Promotion of specific efforts or activities geared toward addressing your identified health issue.

Applications must be received by the first of each month to be considered for selection for that current month. If they are received after that date, applications will be considered for the following months. Each month, the All-Health Team partnership will review all of the applications received to date. All applications will remain on file. From these applications, they will select at least one project for recognition based on the following criteria:
- Specific and clearly stated goals and methods used to measure achievement,
- Realistic plan of action,
- Education and outreach plan to reach others, and
- Impact the project has on individuals involved and benefits received by the community or school.
Monthly winners will receive:
- A one-time award of $500 to support or improve your existing project efforts/activities;
- A 30-second television spot highlighting their project; and,
- A prominent spot on the All-Health Team Web site;
- All-Health Team T-shirts and other giveaways,
- The chance to be named First Team All-Health and win the top three prizes of $2,000, $3,000 or $5,000.
